999tk Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 999tk website (https://999tk.click) and all related services, products, and promotional offers. 999tk is an online entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and a Jackpot section.

These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.

The following requirements must be met to register at 999tk:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. 999tk immediately closes accounts belonging to minors and cancels all associated transactions.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. 999tk reserves the right to close any account created using false information, at any time.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This requires submitting a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.

Once registration is complete, a verification message will be sent to your email address or mobile number. Certain features may be restricted on unverified accounts.

All payment-related transactions on 999tk are governed by the following rules:

• Deposit: Minimum deposit is ৳300 via bKash and Nagad, ৳500 via Rocket, and ৳5,000 via bank transfer.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must always be made through the same method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited via bKash, you can only withdraw to bKash.
• Withdrawal Time: Bkash and Nagad average 5 minutes, Rocket 8–15 minutes, and bank transfers 1–3 hours.
• KYC Required: Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Once verified, you won't need to go through the process again.
• Fee: 999tk does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, fees imposed by mobile banking providers or crypto networks may apply.

999tk reserves the right to place a hold on any transaction and conduct an investigation upon detection of suspicious activity.

999tk regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms, which are clearly stated on the offer's detail page.

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To claim it, simply activate the bonus option during registration.
• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with a wagering (turnover) requirement. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until it has been wagered a specified number of times. This condition is clearly stated alongside each offer.
• Bonus Expiry: Most bonuses have a set validity period — typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the period expires.
• Only one bonus at a time: A member may only use one bonus offer at a time.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or fake identities to abuse bonuses will result in cancellation of all bonuses and winnings.

The following rules apply to the 999tk betting platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out option is available for that specific bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, 999tk will settle bets in accordance with international betting industry standards. Generally, if a match has not started or less than 50% of the scheduled time has been played, the bet is considered void and the original stake is refunded.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, 999tk reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bets placed in live betting after the result has been announced are not accepted — the system voids them automatically.
• If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it is removed and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.

Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be reported to 999tk Support within 72 hours of the result being published.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999tk platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner (syndicate) with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Match fixing or using insider information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated software (bots).
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to steal another user's information or breach the platform's security.

If any suspicious activity is detected, 999tk will immediately suspend the account and launch an investigation. Transactions will not proceed as normal during this period.

999tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Providing false information during registration.
• Involvement in any one of the prohibited activities.
• Extended account inactivity (typically 12 months) — users will be notified by email in advance.
• At the user's own request.

Before an account is closed, users are given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance — unless the closure is due to bonus abuse or fraud. If you wish to close your own account, please contact 999tk Support.

999tk treats the protection of users' personal data as its top priority. Full details on how we collect and use your information can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Documents submitted for KYC are stored on secure servers and used solely for verification purposes.
• To request access to or deletion of your data, please contact 999tk Support.

999tk believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. For this reason, we have put in place a number of protective features for our users:

• Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Option to temporarily pause your account for a set period (Self-Exclusion).
• Ability to track your gaming history and spending.
• If you're experiencing a gaming problem, 999tk Support is here to help — with complete confidentiality.

If an account belonging to a user under 18 is identified, 999tk will void all associated transactions and arrange to notify the account holder's guardian.

For any dispute or complaint, 999tk follows the process outlined below:

• Step One: Contact the support team. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
• Step Two: If the issue cannot be resolved by the support team, it will be escalated to the management team. This process may take 3–5 business days.
• Betting Disputes: Any disputes over betting outcomes are resolved using 999tk's log data and official result sources.

999tk's decision is final — however, if a user is not satisfied with the outcome, they have the right to escalate their complaint to the relevant licensing authority.

999tk reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notice will be posted on the platform at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• Any changes will be communicated to the registered email address.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
